ONE ADDRESS PER LISTING. SAY IT AT THE DOOR.
SayEase creates recognizable .to links made for promotion — the link you can say. In real estate, the URL for a property is usually a portal address nobody can read off a sign, let alone repeat at a viewing.
The listing URL problem
Portal and MLS links carry IDs, session parameters and campaign tags. They are impossible to say, awkward to text and unusable on a sign rider. So agents fall back on “search my name” — which sends a motivated buyer to a page full of other agents.
A property deserves an address that fits on a rider and survives being spoken.

Where the visitor lands
Your listing page, brokerage page or a SayEase page for the property
Where agents use it
- Sign riders, yard signs and window cards.
- Open house flyers, sign-in sheets and takeaway sheets.
- Spoken at showings, viewings and broker previews.
- Texts and DMs to buyers, where a short address does not wrap into a wall of characters.
- Video walkthroughs and social clips, on screen and in the audio.
- Business cards, mailers and farming postcards.
- A booking address for showings and consultations.
Compliance stays with you
Using a short address does not change your advertising obligations. Include your licence information and brokerage identification as required, follow fair housing rules, and check your MLS and brokerage policies before redirecting or reproducing listing content. SayEase does not review listings and does not guarantee that any particular MLS, portal or brokerage permits redirected advertising links.
After the sale
Signs stay up, postcards stay in drawers and videos keep circulating. Because you control the destination, an old address can point at your current listings or your booking page instead of a removed listing. If you make a SayEase page the destination, eligible published pages include built-in SEO; a redirect by itself does not improve the ranking of the site it points to.

Questions people ask
- Can I use a SayEase Link for an individual listing?
- Yes. One address per property is the most common setup, pointing at the listing page you already publish, or at a SayEase page you create for that property.
- Does it replace my MLS or brokerage site?
- No. It points at whatever you already use. Your listing stays where it is.
- Are there rules I need to follow?
- Yes. Real estate advertising is regulated and brokerages have their own policies. You are responsible for required licence numbers, brokerage identification, fair housing compliance and any MLS rules about redirects, framing or advertising a listing.
- What happens when the property sells?
- You control the destination, so the same address can be repointed to your other listings or to a booking page instead of going dead on a sign that is still standing.
- Can buyers book a showing through it?
- Yes — a booking-type SayEase Link can point at your existing scheduling tool or act as the booking page itself.
- Is this useful at an open house?
- Very. Print the address and QR code on the sign-in sheet and the flyer so visitors can pull up the listing on their own phone and still have the address after they leave.
- Does SayEase list properties or provide real estate services?
- No. SayEase only creates the link and, optionally, the page it points to. All listing, advertising and compliance obligations remain yours.
